Rosa García

Rosa has a degree in Mathematical Sciences from the Autonomous University of Madrid and has more than 30 years’ experience in multinational environments in different sectors such as energy, infrastructure and information technology. Within her long career, her stay at the Microsoft headquarters in the United States stands out, where she served as director of Corporate Strategic Projects together with the CEO and president Steve Ballmer, and her presidency of Microsoft Iberia for 8 years. In 2011 she joined Siemens as president and director in Spain, a position she held until 2018. Rosa also has more than ten years’ experience in non-executive management positions in IBEX companies such as Banesto, Acerinox or Bankinter. She is currently president of Exolum and a member of the board of directors of Mapfre, EDPR and Sener.
