She joined the company in 2001 after three years' experience as a fixed income multi-product sales representative at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. She has been Senior Portfolio since 2009. She has a degree in Economics from the University of Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, and has done complementary studies at Leeds Polytechnic (United Kingdom), at the Fachhochschule für Wirtschaft (Pforzheim) and at the Hochschule für Bankwirtschaft (Frankfurt). Dresdner Bank Training Program, INSEAD (Fontainebleau). 
She was awarded by Institutional Investor Magazine as "Best of European Buy side Analyst" in 2005 and 2006. Furthermore, in 2010 and 2011 she was listed at number 75 of the 100 most influential Top Gun Buy Sides in Europe. 
She has been awarded by Handelsblatt as "Renommiertesten Fondsmanager 2020" ("most prestigious portfolio manager 2020").
Member of the “Integrated Reporting and Sustainable Management” working group of the Schmalenbach Gesellschaft since 2015.
Member of the BVI Commission for Responsible Investment since 2017.
She has also been a teacher at Escuela FEF, ESG Essentials Certification since 2020.

A speaker of the EFFAS Environmental, Social and Governance Training Programme Valuation, Measurement and Valuation since 2015.
Speaker of the FEF School Programme; Sustainable Finance Manager Certification from 2021.
